Family Tree Maker Family Pedigrees: United Ancestries, 1500-1950 (#100) This Family Archive contains approximately 750,000 records, representing the entire collection of pedigrees and family group sheets prepared by United Ancestries Inc., and its predecessors over a 30 year period. The majority of this information has been prepared by professional researchers for their clients and then linked into a single database with all duplicates removed. Most birth dates fall before 1850, and some select records date from before 1500. Many of the Royal lines of Europe are included in the pedigrees.

This is one of the few Family Archives that you cannot view with this version of the Family Tree Maker Deluxe Edition. However, you can still access the valuable information in this Family Archive through a DOS application called the GRS. When you purchase this Family Archive, you will automatically receive this DOS application and instructions for using it.

You can get the following information from Family Archive 100: The individual's name, sex, and United Ancestries record number. Because this database already contains genealogical links between individuals, you can build pedigree charts from the data and export it into Family Tree Maker and other GEDCOM-compatible genealogy programs. After finding your ancestor's UA record number on the Family Archive, you can order the actual United Ancestries record by calling Legacies at (801) 562-9107.
