Now you can place your order with us over the internet using your Visa or MasterCard on our secure server.
To order a book, map or CD-ROM, click on the "order now" button next to the catalog number and price of the item you want. A selection screen will appear showing the item you selected. Click on "Add to Cart". This will bring up the shopping cart screen. Here you will see what is currently in your shopping cart. On this screen you can change quantities, delete an item, return to shopping, or check out.
The checkout screen first asks for your name, street address, shipping information and e-mail address. For shipping method choose either UPS if you reside in the contiguous US or USPS for Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Required fields have an asterisk.
Only WI residents need to fill out the sales tax questions. Please fill in the county for the shipping address and choose the appropriate sales tax % for your county from the drop down menu. When you complete this screen your order will appear showing the amount your credit card will be charged. Fill in the credit card information.
You can print out your order now if you wish. You will automatically receive a confirmation to your e-mail address. This confirmation will not show your full credit card number.
If you don't wish to give your credit card out over our secure server, you can order from us by mail, fax, or phone. Please include the item number, title and price for each item along with your name, street address (UPS cannot deliver to a post office box), city, state, zip and phone number. We accept checks, money orders, Visa or Mastercard for payment with your order. For credit card orders, please include the number and the expiration date. Wisconsin residents please add the correct tax for your county. To make the process easier, you can print out an order form by choosing "Order Form" below. When the order form appears on your screen, select FILE (off your browser menu) and then select PRINT.
